What patients say on Google

“I loved the therapists I’ve had, but my experience with Dr. Agnelli was extremely disappointing. Despite my mental health history, I felt judged rather than supported and was called “lazy” during treatment. After returning to the practice following a previous period of care elsewhere, it became clear to me that my prior departure from the practice negatively affected how I was treated. What was most concerning was how my care ended. A treatment plan was communicated to me over the phone that differed significantly from what had been discussed in person. I was then asked to return to the office, only to be informed that I could no longer be seen by the practice. I was not provided with a treatment plan, a referral to another provider, recommendations for alternative care, or any meaningful transition process. My care simply ended. I also requested copies of my medical records on multiple occasions. Despite repeated follow-up attempts, I never received them and was repeatedly given conflicting information and delays regarding the status of my request. For psychiatric patients, especially those taking medications that require ongoing monitoring, abrupt disruptions in care can have serious consequences. Continuity of care and proper handoffs are critical, which is why this experience was so concerning. Thankfully, I have since found an excellent therapist and practice that have been supportive, professional, and compassionate. The difference in care has been remarkable.”

“The nursing staff is very nice and caring. They always celebrate my child when we have a visit. Give cute gifts sometimes and have very kind words but Dr. Santana Guillen can make you feel like you're not doing good enough as a parent. She is incredibly rigid and doesn't listen to the concerns of the parent all the time. She acts like because she's a doctor it automatically trumps what I know about my child as a parent. You see my child for 30 minutes twice a year. I think her heart is in the right place but her approach is out of touch and old school and it's not very helpful. I don't like feeling like that at every appointment so looking for a new pediatrician.”

“Dont go here Dr Agnelli is the worst does not consider patients feelings. Im on ssi he thought i was on ssd an he goes you hv to work eventually instead of trying to " get that money" i go ive been on ssi since 2009 an whats that suppossed to mean? If you need a counselor they wont gv you one unless its a crisis an only assign for 6 monthes regardless whats going on. I do not recommend.”

“I am very disappointed with the treatment at this facility. I am embarrassed for Paul Agnelli, who calls himself a doctor but does not know how to work with his patients and diminishes their feelings. Therapy here is also subpar.”
