“If your looking for mental health counseling don’t come here they are full of it these therapist are in training to become actual therapist especially if have history of ptsd or bpd mdd or anxiety u don’t like start over same questions don’t go here they sign me out of program just because i have new therapist 3 sessions wasn’t enough they wanted me to attend but my schedule was hectic I was still try communicate but im pregnant like I need help navigating my diagnoses the know I require to see a therapist For the rest of my life They need to give me leniency they know this but from here on out I don’t recommend no one who are in similar situations like me don’t come here isn’t worth it just for the record these people Only do DBT group they can’t do it individually unless they have DR. license and training”
