“This has been the best counseling I've ever had I highly recommend it, they have resources and training most don't. My counselor is great I really appreciate her and she understands what I'm dealing with. And she very knowledgeable and had lots of resources and different training. And helps me any way she can. I recommend them to people I know weather they make the switch from their useless providers is up to them. But I truly hope they do because I know they would greatly benefit from the services here. I've been in counseling most of my life and my counselor here surpassed them all! Ive actually been traumatized by other providers so it's so nice to not worry about that with this provider.”

“The psychiatrists do not write prescriptions. After speaking to staff numerous times, getting billing set up, and providing extremely personal information I was rejected to have my medications refilled as a new patient. I dropped off my medications list from the pharmacy in person. I followed every instruction. Please, please call and ask very specific questions about refills before you share your personal, private information with the office staff. I am very bothered that they took my info just to rejected me. Do not let them do that to you. And then to add insult to injury the staff asked me if I still wanted therapy! If there is no one qualified to write my medicine what can a lesser trained therapist do to help me? That was even worse to hear. So if you need simple help I guess this place works according to the reviews. But if you need real psychiatric medicine you are on your own. I shudder to think of the people in Johnstown that have fallen into horrific places because no one will help them locally. I honestly wonder how some people sleep at night knowing they are leaving other human beings in the lurch.”

“I was trying to book an appointment here about a month ago. I went through the intake process, provided all the necessary info, and was told they’d reach back out to me to book an appointment. A few days went by and I didn’t hear anything, so I followed up with the intake person and she said that they’d get back to me the following week. I never heard back and ended up going to a different counseling practice.”
