“Update: office worked with me to refund, very thankful. The office staff is wonderful and has always been supportive. Pretty terrible experience trying to do Telehealth and was told I had to pull over on an unsafe road or I would be charged $100 because I was in an “unsafe environment”. Emily Vanella has consistently been inflexible and combative. I will not be recommending her or Mosaic counseling for any therapy needs. My therapist should not be a source of misery and anxiety. They only want your money here!!! Despite pulling over and ending my session I was still charged $100 which is ridiculous. I will be disputing the charge with my bank.”
