“Incompetent. Person doing intake talks over the client. Not present. Went into the call feeling confident I was going to be helped and after receiving the referrals felt totally gaslit. I live in Grand Rapids and being referred as a top match to someone in Muskegon and someone else out of town and another that wasn’t even a familiar name when I had researched in my own. This is after they assured me that they were created to help make sure everyone gets the best care with finances not being an obstacle. I asked them to never contact me again. I was calm and after dealing with such incompetence and over selling a service you don’t actually provide, spent the next 4 hours getting my PTSD to settle. Coming “home” to West Michigan has only shown me the spiritual narcissism is rampant! There was no help here, only harm!”
