“Please read all of the one star reviews, then decide NOT to engage this organization. In fact I'm begging behavioral treatment organizations to headhunt Ms. Sara Beatty. Sara is an empathetic, joyful professional who helped me a lot initially. I couldn't continue with her because they charged me a $120 copay for every visit, plus they charged my insurance company, yet I have NEVER received a billing statement. I also spoke to the clueless administration, to no avail. Today was the last straw. I called in crisis, crying, and asked if Sara could call me because I was feeling suicidal. The trumpian heartless receptionist offered to EMAIL me some resources. I am writing this review, and intend to send it to the NC Artorney General, and the APA. If I don't make it through the day, I am leaving a note for my family to prosecute Mood Treatment Centers because they are the reason I took myself out.”
