“Monarch of gaston county is not equipped to manage anything but helping you sign up.for food stamps and the other programs that are already full. I my opinion this entire system they run under needs a complete revamp. They couldn't be less helpful. They just delay you tell you to be patient and do literally nothing. Pat themselves on the back and continue to make zero difference in the people's lives that really need help. I would vote to have them closed down due to lack of ability to do what they claim. Sad sad world we live in. They take your medical money insurance or Medicare Medicaid and render the absolute bare minimum. Can't even keep appointments or when you do have one that you are really ready to get something done. They can't do anything to assist. So what is there role exactly? A way for the owners to get rich.”
