What patients say on Google
“This is the first place I have attended where I actually feel heard and validated with what I have going on. My therapist, Nicole, is wonderful and attentive. She checks on me regularly even outside of our weekly sessions. My NP is equally caring and listens to my concerns and requests, without loading me up with unnecessary medications. I feel that I am making progress working through my issues in regards to my mental health (anxiety, depression, and PTSD) I genuinely look forward to my sessions and appointments. All of my concerns lie squarely on issues outside of their control (scheduling appointments around my busy work schedule). I truly appreciate everything they have done for me.”
“How can you effectively treat a patient from telehealth and seeing them in person only every 6 months, especially a person with a severe mental health diagnosis. The only way they would call you is through a blocked number so that you cannot call back. My phone does not receive blocked calls. If the police can say hey, I'll call you from a different number to get through. Why can't the doctors? This is ridiculous. If you truly cared about the mental health of your patients you would do whatever is in your power to help that person. My mother seriously needs help. And Jonathan Nagy and a team of monarch is not good for her. Update: They respond faster to your review then calling the patient's guardian back. A+ service I got to say.”
“to tell my experience about the one in Rocky Mount. I was paired up with Dr Richard addo. He was extremely impatient with me, was completely uninformedand, judged me horribly from the beginning. And I believe it was strongly racially motivated. I had to come back and edit this because I forgot to mention that he was yelling at me as well! and I've never felt like I've had anybody be racist to me until now.”
“They are the worst the front desk can’t even answer the phone…. Currently been waiting to talk to somebody for a hour… that’s sorry for people supposedly helping people with mental health”
