What patients say on Google
“This place has been the worst experience for my mental health care or it was just the nurse practitioner I was assigned that was just bad at her job. I moved from the west coast and have been on certain medications for well over 15 years, the person "caring" for me did not listen and put me on multiple medications that I have never been on and made the whole situation worse. She forgot to refill of a medication that had terrible withdrawals symptoms so after calling Monarch they told me to go to their Urgent Care center an hour away. I made it there and they wanted $500 just to see me. Never again Monarch, I'd rather raw dog it life then deal with the inconsistency they provide.”
“I have not been able to get in contact with ANYONE for over TWO WEEKS! THAT'S RIDICULOUS! I need my mental meds replaced! How am I supposed to get them if I can't even get in contact with a nurse practitioner?!?”
“I went here for a mental health assessment 3 times all times they said they couldn’t. They booked me and my husband for a video call then didn’t give instructions for when or how to do that. Just links. Then they said they could only register my brother not give him any assessment for two months out. Don’t come here if you need help soon.”
“Does this facility and its employees know they advertise “ walk in appts” and crisis intervention? Not helpful when someone calls and they’re told to come in, then go in and are given a number to call. That is very sad. If you can’t provide the services then don’t offer them. Do you know the strength it takes for an 18 year old to ask for help?? And we wonder why we fall short in this area for assistance.”
