How likely are you to recommend Monarch Behavioral Health Outpatient Office - Rocky Mount?
What patients say on Google
“My mother took my 16 year old brother here for help today. I called Nashv General yesterday seeing if they could help and the man said that would be more like a punishment for him being sent to the hospital and recommended Monarch. He said they would give him a full psych evaluation and would get him some help. My brother has had a hard life. Has lived with me off and on mostly on while his parents spent time in prison and when they got out they have failed him over and over again. My mother atleast tries but his father doesnt even call and is back on drugs. My brother is suffering with his mental health and its getting worse. He has always had anxiety and some depression maybe autism but he was doing a lot better when he lived with me and went to school so I didnt get him fully evaluated when his parents were in prison. I just got him counseling. He is struggling awful now after being put on zolaft with eating disorder and physical self harm. I called and was told to send him to Monarch Monday morning so I let my mom know. The receptionist was very sweet but the therapist took one look at my brother and his black hair and black long coat he always wears and didnt feel safe for him to even be in the building. They wanted them to go to the car in 95 degree weather and did a video appointment. This has only damaged him even more. This is supposed to be a mental health facility. He is use to getting looks at other places but this place shouldnt judge and is supposed to understand and try to help. Me and my family will be reporting that therapist who looked at my 16 year old brother like a crazy person. He is a sweet boy who has dealt with a lot.”
“I felt that I was genuinely in crisis. The receptionist right down to the doctor who saw me was so professional and so caring. They did not judge me. They sought to truly help me. The services I received were invaluable to me and are greatly improving my health. I highly recommend monarchs walk-in care. I have seen them as a telehealth provider as well. Carla Owens has been very wonderful in trying to work with me through my medicine questions and confusions. I highly recommend them.”
“From receptionists to any staff member would be a 10, Dr Latz and his nurse were a 10 as-well as professional , understanding, everybody so helpful!!!”
“Very nice staff member that I worked with easy to talk to”
