I have been with them for over three years and just expanded to more than one provider and Monica has been amazing. She’s so caring. She has never let me down and she’s always been so helpful and I just started a relationship with Kat. I feel so positive about what she’s offered me and our goals just in one session!! Highly recommend if you’re looking for Mental Health for yourself or a loved one! The only little thing that I will say and you get used to it is the way they schedule their appointments I’m not a big fan of.”

Tonya helped guide me towards rewriting my negative thoughts and was a steady presence when I needed someone to listen. 10/10 recommend these guys! My only complaint would be that my meds kept getting sent to the wrong pharmacy and my psychiatrist wasn't personable, but she was easy to switch meds with when I needed a change and she was informative. For reference I was dealing with: -Depression -Anxiety -Obsessive picking and thinking -Intrusive thoughts leading me to believe I was a horrible person Therapy can't cure you, but it can help you find your path among the chaos and embrace the brain and body you were given.”
