What patients say on Google
“Extremely professional and relaxed atmosphere helping to relive stress from some life long problems. My psychist is an awesome factor in allowing me to be myself and be honest.”
“I had a virtual appointment scheduled for today at 3:00 PM, but the provider never joined the session. After waiting, I called Monarch and was on hold for about 25 minutes. When I finally spoke with a representative, I was told they didn’t see my appointment. Later in the conversation, they realized they were actually supposed to have contacted me beforehand because my therapist is no longer with the practice. The representative’s attitude came across as very dismissive, almost as if it was an “oh well” situation. There was little acknowledgment of the inconvenience or any empathy for what had happened. I understand that providers leave practices, but patients should be notified before their scheduled appointments so they aren’t left waiting. While Monarch may have good providers, my experience today reflected a lack of professionalism, communication, and empathy. At the very least, I expected basic professionalism and courtesy when handling a situation like this.”
“Been apart of monarch for a couple years now, They’re a great organization. I’ve had zero health insurance my adult life and have been given great services through them. Don’t hesitate to inquire and seek help through them.”
“Look, the doctors are pretty good. Very understanding and do a lot of work to help. But the problem is with Monarch itself. Once Monarch unilaterally decides you're okay, they kick you out. I worked with my doctor for a few months and was then informed that I am good and would be dropped. It is disgraceful to decide you're just done with helping someone just because.”
