What patients say on Google
“Questioned their policy on having to give my charge card info. I have more than adequate health insurance. I spoke up about my concerns with the charge card issue. After being told a person can be charged if they HAVE TO cancel, say for a flat tire, unforeseen reasons. I have only myself and one vehicle to rely on, plus am almost 68. Was told it's up to the Therapist's discretion if they still charge. Sorry, there are times when life happens! Patients have no say if their care, visits aren't effective, diagnosis exact, etc, with any Dr., we still HAVE TO Pay.They told me, they wouldn't be able to help me (it's because I spoke up with my concerns and questioned the policy). WOW! I have never been a no show, I take their time to be as valuable as mine! Tired of jumping through everyone else's hoops. At that point, it was fruitless, so I hung up! Forgot, patients aren't allowed to voice their concerns, opinions about rules, it makes them uncomfortable, so they say, you wouldn't be a good fit here. I would not be a good fit with THEM, from my stance! I want a place that the money isn't what seems to be highest priority, but, rather or not we can get my goals accomplished. This charge card hasn't always been around forever and these places managed to survive. Whatever happened to after a cancellation, then address if it happens again OR better yet, look at the patient, the reliability they possess and work together on a solution. 3 Strikes your out kind of thing! Lastly, have had 4-5 data breaches over past few yrs. from Medical Records being exposed after different hospitals, etc...changed their systems. If you've ever had a debt collector come after you for an account/company you've NEVER had, maybe more places would know why all our personal info being "put out there" is frightening! It's a shame how this played out and that I will look for another facility that understands, instead of trying to come here.”
“Will never see Tim Tuttle again! He called my husband and I quote "emotionally retarded", then tried to reword it to emotionally handicapped and said I was a financial burden because I totaled my motorcycle and my car in the same year (they were accidents not intentional at all!)”
“Just got off of a phone call with Bri in the office with this company and I just want to say she was so very helpful and patient with our call, went above and beyond and if you ever have to call them and you get Bri, you will be overly satisfied with your phone call for sure! Thanks Bri!!!!-Amanda Saunders FNP #Scripts360”
“Had a great experience here, no longer going because my insurance doesn’t cover it anymore but would definitely go back if that ever changes.”
