“Within 3 months they have forced me to go off my meds for 2 weeks+ on two separate occasions because they wouldn't submit it to my insurance. The nurse is rude at best and downright disrespectful at worst. They barely answer their phones and the providers are always late to the appointments and make dosage mistakes. Do NOT go to this place. They don't care if you live or die.”
