“I have been coming here for my spravato treatments for over a year now. I have seen many mental health professionals in my life and have tried a wide array of therapies, and I can confidently say that Dr. Amiri and his staff at Modern Mind Clinic are top notch. I am so glad I found this place and I recommend it to everyone I know who struggles with mental health. When I was in a free fall with my insurance change and had to change therapists and doctors, Modern Mind Clinic was the place who offered me stability and didn’t leave me feeling abandoned during what was one of the most challenging periods of my life. Even though I initially came to this clinic for the sole purpose of spravato, Dr. Amiri was kind enough to take over for my previous prescriber who oversaw my medication management when he could no longer see me due to my insurance changing. This allowed me to stay on my very much needed medication and not have to worry about any dangerous side effects from abruptly ending it. I will forever be grateful. You can tell he truly loves his work and cares deeply about people. The clinic is clean, calming, friendly, and quiet. They have multiple private spravato rooms and when it’s not busy they let you choose which one to use. Moe, who manages the clinic day to day is always smiling, warm and professional. Hasan has recently started administering and monitoring the spravato treatments as well and it has been a smooth transition, he is also warm and personable. But whether you have Moe, Meg, or Hasan helping you, rest assured you will be in the best hands. Starting spravato has been the best decision I have ever made for myself. The treatments have been life changing for someone who thought that nothing would ever help my treatment resistant depression symptoms that were exacerbated after a personal trauma that happened to me a couple of years ago. The treatments have truly quieted / calmed my most severe symptoms to a point where they are now manageable. I would not be where I am today without the team at Modern Mind Clinic. Cannot recommend them enough. ***EDIT- *** I wanted to add this because I just read a review where someone stated that Dr. Amiri struggles with complex cases. Respectfully, I disagree wholeheartedly. I consider myself a VERY complex case, and dr. Amiri is the first psychiatrist I’ve ever had that actually wants to understand my inner world and asks questions and digs beneath the surface. He thinks out loud and shares his thoughts and is open to discussions. I do not get black and white thinking from him at all. This is very different from most psychiatrists, and very refreshing. I dont want to invalidate someone else’s experience, but I just wanted to say my experience with Dr. Amiri has been the opposite. He is the first psychiatrist I’ve worked with where the sessions feel collaborative in figuring out how to proceed. He’s fantastic.”

I’ve been coming here for years seeing Andrew, and he has been the absolute best to say the least, he always listens and always recommends what is best for me and works to find the best solution. Then I tried TMS and MEG!!!!! She is absolutely amazing, coming to do TMS every day for 6-7 weeks wasn’t bad at all because she made me feel so comfortable. She is so so sweet, funny and I would consider her a friend! Everyone there is super nice and worked with me so well and continues to help me so much whenever I need it.
