“Had the worst experience with any medical professional in my entire life with Miranda Chakos. Terrible bedside manner. Very condescending and disrespectful. Doubted my ADHD diagnosis even with a diagnosis letter from my previous doctor and within 20 minutes meeting for the first time accused me of trying to get back on my adhd medication to “get high” that I’ve been on and off of for about 14 years from three separate providers who have all confirmed my diagnosis of adhd. After insulting me and repeatedly not believing me even with documentation, the only thing Miranda only had to say for herself was that I would still be paying for the appointment. It is an awful thing to take someone in such a vulnerable position as seeing a psychologist and act like this towards them. Truly despicable and disgusting behavior from anyone, but especially someone in the mental health field who is supposed to be helping people. Steer clear of this woman if you care about your mental health whatsoever.”
