How likely are you to recommend Miramont Behavioral Health?
What patients say on Google
“Been here 3 times for severe suicidal ideation, I always tell the ER not to send me here. Most of the staff (on the adult ward) are very rude and neglectful. They love to place homicidal patients with suicidal patients and ignore their cries for help. I was placed with a horrible patient and they didn’t bother switching them until shit happened. They ignored a lot of my needs and other patients needs, some staff sitting on their phones when they should have paid attention to their patients. For the record, I have emetophobia. I begged staff about 5-6 times for nausea medication and they kept ignoring my request. Then they proceeded to get snappy with me when I vomited and had a panic attack due to it. Please don’t send yourself here or send a client here. If you have Medicaid, I highly recommend somewhere else such as Theda Care in Neenah, St. Mary’s in Madison or even Mercy in Oshkosh. Those hospitals have helped a lot.”
“I had a 3 night stay there for suicidal ideation, and I genuinely felt better being surrounded by others there for the same issues, playing games together, poker, the art therapist is amazing! They do great with allergies (I am allergic to soy, gluten, and lactose) and provide allergen free snacks and meals! I am also diabetic and they did great with treating my highs and loes snd giving me insulin. They are slso very trans accepting, using my preferred name and pronouns the entirety of my stay there. i made life long friends, and we enjoyed singing along to Hamilton (The patient TVs have disney + with hulu!) we also watched house md! I meant such interesting people and I plan to continue treatment in their partial hospitalization program!”
“I used to go to a different behavioral health but then I found out miramont and I've been coming here since if I needed to and staff here a very respectful and easy to talk to. And it's convenient because it's only 20 mins from my house vs 1 hour 20 mins I haven't had any bad experience here vs the other place I've gone to. And when I had a panic attack here they are very helpful during and after with it. And they have rec therapy every day and the rec lady Danielle is awesome!! Also the php and iop program afterwards after inpatient is very helpful. And they cover badgercare. Which most places don't. The cafeteria food is pretty good and their is a soda machine and juice machine not just water. Also there is 3 different units for adults. 1 for homicidal patients; 1 for suicidal and 1 for withdraw”
“Miramont has been a life savior when helping my family members. the staff treated us with respect and explained the intake process snd stay in details I could easily understand. I highly recommend using their services at Miramont! My teens experience was good she said that the staff treated her with respect and kindness. and help with everything.”
