“There is no signage to find this group, halls are empty in the building. Waiting rooms are very unwelcoming, outdated, and bare. Having a session at 7 pm is scary due to the location of the building, there is no staff member greeting clients. We have no complaints regarding the psych nurse practitioner. However, our first session with the clinical psychologist doctoral intern was poor. Instead of enhancing our sense of security and feeling optimistic, we felt betrayed, hurt, and very disappointed. We were told the therapist would only be with our daughter alone for 15 minutes. 45 minutes later, the therapist comes out of the room with no update, she walked away from the office pointing with her finger, "just 1 second", thus, poor communication. We did not know if this "1 second" meant a bathroom break for her, did she need to go get something she needed, did she need to go to talk to somebody. Where was her supervising psychologist? This group was highly recommended by a behavioral hospital case manager, I am very sorry I pursued making appointments with MiraCare.”

“Don’t be fooled by the old (some might say creepy building), it is full of professionals who are here to help. Starting from the front desk, they have a level of emotional intelligence that makes you feel welcome and safe; then to a provider who is professional and wants to do right by you. I never got the vibe they wanted to make you feel better, but that it is their JOB as professionals to do so, and they do it with utmost care. This building is full of people who come to work to do their best work everyday.”

“I’ve been seeing Dr.Lynn for ongoing a year. She has been so welcoming and honestly one of the few people who I can talk to and not feel like a walking disorder. She sees me as a Human and has definitely improved my mental health in ways i’ve been seeking for years. 10/10 best therapist in the world. I LOVE HER”
