“The Drug rehabilitation program that was 28 days is not designed for hardened heroin addicts, this program unfortunately was all my brothers insurance would pay for. He is no longer with us. Canada and many European countries have had great success with Diacetylmorphine. This place should extend their treatment for heroin addicts and focus on rewiring the brain with many different kinds of positive activities tailored to the individual like rock climbing, fishing, sports.... 6 months program not 28 days and tons of support from loved ones. Hazelden is the better place but Insurance is the issue we must change this free treatment should be paid for by the government like in Canada.”

“Eight or ten years ago a loved one of mine attended this facility and I was most impressed buy every aspect of their six-week program. Regrettably the addiction resurfaced for the 6th time in 2019 and my loved one again attended a six-week session and regrettably the facility seemed much worse for the years of wear. Perhaps it was her incredible appetite for drugs but the program had changed substantially and the results were marginal.”

“This place was one of the most unempathetic places I have ever sought psychiatric help through. In my opinion all three Doctors are only interested in doing as little as possible to gain the most financially. It was a very cold experience. I have an adult son that saw one of the doctors, a mother who the another, and myself who saw the third. That's how I know all three are really lacking in personality skills it takes to be a good psychiatrist. That made it quite difficult to trust them or even talk to them. This place in my opinion should be looked into. Seriously looked into.”
