“I would not recommend this company. I gave them my insurance information and they told me I was covered. They emailed me personal information to be filled out and made me an appointment. I received a call telling me I was not covered by my insurance, after I had emailed them my personal information and would I like to pay out of pocket. I asked if they could recheck my insurance. I called my insurance and was told the company was in network but they told my insurance they were not and would not honor my insurance. I cancelled the appointment but still receive an email confirming the appointment I cancelled! Very poor customer service. After dealing with this company I definitely need a therapist!!!”
