What patients say on Google

“Briana and perla were very professional and helpful. Would definitely recommend a visit.”
Steven Bedell
“As someone else stated before, calling this place "urgent care" is very misleading. They are just another psychiatry clinic. I wasn't even able to be seen the same day, and could only be seen the next day, online only. I video conferenced a nurse practitioner, Aaron Wafayee. It was like having a chat with AI. Extremely monotone, no care, just firing off questions off the computer. At the end of it, I was prescribed an SSRI that I already had, saying "this time it could work." Weirdest thing is they dont let you pay at the time of the appointment. They make you put a card on file because everything is automated. I was really trying to pay right there and then, and they wouldn't allow me. Funny thing is my card on file expired, and now all of a sudden they want my payment.”

“Sol Han took her time and truly listened to everything I had to say. She was very understanding and did an amazing job. She also explained the steps very clearly and informed me of the coming process. She is definitely going to be my permanent psychiatrist.”

“I went here after struggling with sever anxiety. I came in just hyperventilating, crying, shaking, just scared to death. He addressed the bipolar side. But left me going home in extreme discomfort. Still could not sleep. Im crying while typing this. The sign says urgent care. And the Google picture shows this elaborate building. So I thought I was going to a psychiatric emergency room. I got there and the front end girls could care less if I was there or not. I felt like they were rude and were just there to collect a check. No hi how are you. But was asked. Were you needing something? Yeah, I have an appointment. No smiling no nothing. Just sit over here. My anxiety of driving 2 hours to get to this place. Only to see a practitioner. Who seemed caring aboit my bipolar. Bit dis nothing for my sleep or my anxiety. Some people cant take buspar, vistaril, hydroxazine. They do not work. Like i said I thought this was a psychiatric urgent care like the title says. So here I am another sleepless night, crying, shaking cant breathe. And not a mention of this. My job is at stake and so is my current living situation. I guess I will have to go to the emergency room everytime I cant deal with my life. This is all day every day. These are not spells. Thus is why people end up turning to the streets for relief. As a recovering addict thus is always on the forefront of your mind. So you try to beg a doctor for help, and they send you home in crisis. This is why people get shot and mistaken for crazy. Because full blown panic can be scary for some individuals. Im not going to the streets. But because of the misleading title and lack of compassion. I will be going elsewhere. And the staff up front. Just dont care. If I could rate this a zero. I would. The doctor was a good guy. But I feel mislead. And am miserable. Please consider going somewhere legit, if your in true crisis.”
