“If I could give 0 stars I would. My frustration with this office just keeps going up and up. My stepson’s provider is amazing, Gina Wolf, however that is where it all ends. You can’t call the office and get anyone on the phone.. EVER. You ask for refills ant your appointments and they don’t get sent. So then you have to use their chat, or call which I’ve already explained, to get them taken care of. The chat is slow slow and slow. Then there is billing. I do not ever get statements… just emails and texts stating I owe them money… I want to know why I owe you money. ESP if you are billing me for something that happened the previous year! This entire practice is nothing but a headache and is a huge frustration. Take your child else where. It’s not worth the fight here to get your child the care they need.”

“As a parent and as a mental health professional, this "app" is so obnoxious. I would prefer my doctor didn't use this service platform. It is not user friendly, consistent, or easy to navigate anything, from communicating with the doctor, to completing paperwork, to scheduling, to getting reminders. It is ALL a hot mess. So time consuming and frustrating.”

“Terrible experience. Went in for dsylexia for my daughter. Instead after visiting found out 2nd attempt that they dont even do screening for dsylexia and was never told that. Then Dr. Rahul wanted to just put her on meds for ADHD when she doesn't have that at all even with school, teachers, pediatrician, myself all said she does not have attention disorder. Then after that on the phone call with him was very rude to us and told us we all know nothing and hung up on us. Definitely dont recommend or waste your time going here.”
