I also had a billing issue with my insurance at the beginning of this year, and their billing department was so kind and helpful. They worked with me on a payment plan until I was covered again so I could still my therapist. They went above and beyond for me and I am very grateful! Highly recommend!”

“Jocelyn is the BEST individual therapist I have EVER had. She cares deeply, she takes all of your "problems" (as I call them) and processes them and gives great input. She is so encouraging. Ashley Wright is the best TCM I have EVER had as well, she has been so helpful in trying to find housing, in an economy that doesn't want anyone to be housed that is low income, she also reminds me to do some self care. If I could give them both a MILLION star review I would! I don't think anything would make me change my review of either of them. I am EXTREMELY satisfied with the services I have been provided by Mindsight, particularly, these two individuals. Mindsight, you have two of the greatest employees in the MH field I have EVER came in contact with.”

“They billed me for sessions that don't even exist and when I went searching one of the days I was billed for I never even spoke to anyone that day in any way shape or form and the other they sent me one single text saying I needed to sign something on my account yet they billed me for 60 minute sessions every time they messaged me about paperwork needing signed or anything. They didn't get my consent to charge me for text messages and it wasn't even 60 minutes it was one singular text message yet I was charged for a full session that I didn't schedule, agree to, or even initiate. I then noticed my insurance that I had before they canceled me ( which is why I had to pay for the last two fake appointments that I didn't even have ) they where being billed for a 60 minute session every single time she text me about paperwork, scheduling appointments, etc I was billed every time SHE messaged me. None of these interactions took more than 2 minutes, I wasn't notified I would be charged, I was never told this in paperwork or anything. What this is, is illegal and fraudulent I understand paying someone for their time but why am I paying for every time YOU message me when I didn't even reach out, why am I paying every time YOU have something to say, also why am I paying for a day we didn't even speak on not through text, call, video chat in person or anything.”

“I canceled my daughter’s appointments when my daughter told me her therapist talks about herself all the time. My daughter said the therapist struggles to talk for an hour and tries to find things to talk about randomly. Calls were also ended before the hour was up that I’m Billed for at times too. My daughter is struggling and needs help and found her therapist here was not helping with her many struggles. There was plenty to talk about if she was focusing more on my daughter than herself. Billing lady was nice but delayed reached out when there a hiccup with the insurance. Overall disappointed and decided to find a better fit for my Daughter elsewhere. **Edited to add** A week later they sent me a termination letter for services. My bill was paid in full and all appointments cancelled ahead of schedule. Cant terminate a client when they left you. Grow up and handle Your business professionally.”
