My appointment was cut short in the middle of the session, despite the fact that I still had concerns I needed to discuss. Rather than listening, offering guidance, or attempting to help, I was essentially told to do my own research and find someone else. That is an astonishing response to give someone seeking mental health care. I left with no treatment plan, no meaningful referrals, and no support—just the feeling that they wanted to end the appointment as quickly as possible. If Mindpath is unwilling or unable to help patients, they should at least have the professionalism to communicate that respectfully instead of wasting people's time and money. Mental health providers are supposed to make patients feel heard, supported, and respected. My experience was the complete opposite. I left feeling dismissed, frustrated, and worse than when I walked in. Based on my experience, I would strongly discourage anyone looking for compassionate, competent mental health care from choosing this practice.”
