“Initial Telehealth consultation was great. But the rest of the service was terrible. Earliest scheduling for an assessment was 5 months out. That isn't necessarily the providers problem. But the communication, tone, and overall lack of concern was. The person I spoke to about scheduling was so short and robotic and unhelpful. I felt rushed off the phone. I felt like my situation didn't matter. You would think given the nature of why people reach out or are referred, staff would have more empathy. But this wasn't my experience. I'm seeking care elsewhere. You should too.”
