“I hated my experience. The people have a lack of personality, everyone answering the phone when you can get past AI sounds like they just left high school. The facility is very clean and cool but there were no therapists that looked like me. I had Dr. shugart who seemed nice but it was hard to really explain what I wanted to because I only heard her typing and staring intently. The worst issue was that I was self pay but I was refunded when they found out about my insurance. I had to call 6 times to verify they received my insurance card. I was being refunded because they realized I shouldn't have been charged. I was intrigued by the Dr's evaluation with this being my first time talking to a professional so I decided to follow up. Again everything was AI and she couldn't understand anything. When I did finally speak with someone they told me they do not accept my insurance even though a representative called to let me know they do. It's frustrating not to have continuity in care. I hate companies where you are told several different things for one issue and this is one of them. If you don't have a mental health issue you will after dealing with all of this.”

I’ve seen a few therapists who have all been great in different ways, but most recently was seeing Brittney Brinson who is lovely, kind, and very good at helping me talk through my thoughts and anxiety processes. For psychiatrists, I primarily saw Kelli Gaskill Lopez, NP. She is so wonderful and caring. She has such a heart for her patients and goes above and beyond. I feel so lucky to have had her as my psychiatrist. I would recommend Mindpath to anyone looking for mental health services.”

“Let me be very clear and say that people in this company violate HIPAA immensely. Please be careful with telehealth companies and never speak with their receptionist because she'll disregard your concerns and so will everybody. Also, Jessica Carter is the worst NP in history. Don't ever work with her because she will punish you.”
