“Dr. Birze was kind and good to talk with but ultimately the initial intake appointment didn't reveal anything about myself that I didn't already know and the only options offered for treatment were unhelpful and not the right fit for me. A separate psychological evaluation was far more helpful for me and if I could do the months-long process all over again I would start there and only there. Respectfully, Dr. Birze is not equipped to identify or rule out ADHD in high-masking adult patients in a timely manner, which is especially not good for someone struggling with executive dysfunction who has to spend time and money gambling on providers. Again, kind provider and staff, but a real roadblock to treatment and recovery, and I would've lost much more time and money had I followed the original treatment plan instead of seeking out a psychological evaluation.”

“They DO NOT CARE! I had a session with them, the doctor seemed like her head was somewhere else. The session was booked for 1 hour and it only lasted 15min. They do not care about your actual symptoms or worries. Go somewhere else. Wish I had gone somewhere else when I need help.”

I scheduled an appointment on January 22nd for an appointment for January 23rd got the confirmation email Z literally 9 minutes later I canceled the appointment for the 23rd . I spoke with the representative got the cancellation email. Today I receive a bill for $100 I called the front desk and was told if you cancel before 48 hours it’s a fee . Now let’s make this make sense I canceled 9 minutes after booking . The lady told me she would send this to her manager guess what nobody called me . I don’t recommend this place their fraud and I’m reporting them to the better business bureau. You’re charging me $100 cancelation fee when I canceled 9 minutes after getting off the phone . They are fraud I called in 01/22/26 to schedule an appointment for 01/23/26 I called 9 minutes later to cancel that request I was given a cancellation email. Today I receive a bill for $100 I called the office and was told a manager would call me as this is fraud I called 9 minutes later to cancel . Manager never called me back . I’m going to the better business bureau for fraud and lied . How can you charge me a fee when I never filled out the paper work and I called to cancel 9 minutes later .”
