How likely are you to recommend Mindpath Health Psychiatrists & Therapists - Coral Springs?
“TLDR: THEY WILL BOOT YOUR APPOINTMENT WITHOUT CONFIRMING. THEY IGNORE THAT YOUR APPOINTMENT IS CONFIRMED, THERE IS NO WAY THIS IS ISOLATED IDIOCY. TIME MOVES IN 1 DIRECTION. I came in for my appointment that I confirmed with them for 2pm. I came in at 1:52pm. I had to take PTO to get there and they said that they rescheduled my appointment, but they failed to confirm. If a patient changed the time without confirming WE'D BE CHARGED. It would be so stupid for a patient to change time without confirming. There's no difference, they did the same thing, but they didn't even apologize. They moved my appointment, they expect to be able to pester me at work with calls from a spam number and expect me to answer while working AND get an extra hour of PTO without notice to come in even earlier. When I got in, I was immediately told I was late. No explanation, just telling me I'm late for an appointment that should be in 8 minutes. I showed them that they were wrong, my zocdoc reflected a 2pm appointment, and their own receipt showing that the appointment was 2pm. The receptionist showed it to her colleagues and then just said well we tried to call and email while you were at work 3 hours before your appointment in the middle of the day. This is so unprofessional, steer clear of this practice, there's no way that this is not popular behavior from these clowns. Edit: I called to complain, and they said they can't change the zocdoc appointments. This means instead of honoring the system that is available for use, they choose to instead blindly change my appointment without confirming with me. My appointment was only changed shortly before my appointment and there was already someone replacing my time slot but the time I was in the office, but according to them they didn't kick my appointment for someone else even though there's nearly no way it went down any other way. If the doctor actually had an emergency like the receptionist said, then there wouldn't be a replacement for my time slot. You actually get scammed by mindpath if you use the system. They cannot edit zocdoc appointments like every other doctor's office for... reasons... If you really can't edit something maybe that means it gets priority so that it's not a worthless service. As is, they've set it up just right to scam people either on purpose or accident.”
“Gina truly goes above and beyond for her patients. She is compassionate, empathetic, and treats people with genuine kindness and respect. During one of the most difficult times in my life, she made me feel heard, supported, and cared for—not just as a patient, but as a person. Her professionalism, patience, and humanity make a tremendous difference. Healthcare needs more people like Gina. She is a true blessing, and I am incredibly grateful for the care and compassion she has shown me. Thank you, Gina, for making such a positive impact on my life.”
“David Holland is so soft spoken so intuitive so compassionate, I can’t say enough About how I feel of my experience. I just look forward to each in every session that we have. I feel very comfortable and he’s very easy To open up to!”
“I started last year around December. I was seeking another therapist because I wasn’t happy with my current therapist and felt unheard. It was very important to me that my therapist understood not only my mental health needs, in addition to my social/ systemic issues, AND as well as being a black woman. Trying to explain why it’s important for me to work harder than others, understanding Micro aggressions, or paying attention to how I respond etc. is an Exhausting task in itself! They were recommended to me and I am not disappointed. 👏🏾👏🏾 Enter Gerald Fralick, LMHC and the treatment started. He allowed me to ask questions and provided background info on himself. What I really appreciated most was that he wasn’t offended or afraid of my questions. 🙂In fact he welcomed them and even let me know that we could learn from each. To speak up whenever I feel unheard or he gets something wrong because, we are different. Culturally and how we were raised. Or what we understand as “normal” lol . You get it 😉. I felt comfortable from the start and had a choice of telehealth or in person. I love those options & you could switch up if necessary for whatever. If I need a venting session, then I could. I really can be myself. I really like that we discuss goals and each session is a bit different however, it is continuity with Aisha V., PMHNP-BC - Psychiatric Clinician as well. So I don’t feel lost. I double down recommend using this center for your mental health needs!”
