“TLDR: THEY WILL BOOT YOUR APPOINTMENT WITHOUT CONFIRMING. THEY IGNORE THAT YOUR APPOINTMENT IS CONFIRMED, THERE IS NO WAY THIS IS ISOLATED IDIOCY. TIME MOVES IN 1 DIRECTION. I came in for my appointment that I confirmed with them for 2pm. I came in at 1:52pm. I had to take PTO to get there and they said that they rescheduled my appointment, but they failed to confirm. If a patient changed the time without confirming WE'D BE CHARGED. It would be so stupid for a patient to change time without confirming. There's no difference, they did the same thing, but they didn't even apologize. They moved my appointment, they expect to be able to pester me at work with calls from a spam number and expect me to answer while working AND get an extra hour of PTO without notice to come in even earlier. When I got in, I was immediately told I was late. No explanation, just telling me I'm late for an appointment that should be in 8 minutes. I showed them that they were wrong, my zocdoc reflected a 2pm appointment, and their own receipt showing that the appointment was 2pm. The receptionist showed it to her colleagues and then just said well we tried to call and email while you were at work 3 hours before your appointment in the middle of the day. This is so unprofessional, steer clear of this practice, there's no way that this is not popular behavior from these clowns. Edit: I called to complain, and they said they can't change the zocdoc appointments. This means instead of honoring the system that is available for use, they choose to instead blindly change my appointment without confirming with me. My appointment was only changed shortly before my appointment and there was already someone replacing my time slot but the time I was in the office, but according to them they didn't kick my appointment for someone else even though there's nearly no way it went down any other way. If the doctor actually had an emergency like the receptionist said, then there wouldn't be a replacement for my time slot. You actually get scammed by mindpath if you use the system. They cannot edit zocdoc appointments like every other doctor's office for... reasons... If you really can't edit something maybe that means it gets priority so that it's not a worthless service. As is, they've set it up just right to scam people either on purpose or accident.”

“The therapist I had did not know how to deal with anyone with high anxiety and she hung up on me. I got upset with her because she preferred to debate whose fault it was over some zoom issues. Since she could see and hear me and I could hear her I wanted to start my therapy. Instead she wanted to waste my time at $1,041an hour session by having someone from the front desk call and help me with zoom. I have been using zoom every week since Covid and know it quite well. I was anxious and raised my voice to her , but did not use insults just loud and she hung up on me with no session. I tried to dispute the charge since we didn’t even start a therapy session. The billing department sent it back to the therapist who said the charges stand because I got irate. Which is the reason I was seeking therapy.. Maybe some of them are good but for a $1,041, I would not take the chance. Even with insurance that still leaves a good amount for you to pay and you will need multiple sessions. So think twice before calling mindpath.”

“My experience was great. My therapist was very thorough with gathering information, very sensitive to certain questions that were ask of me, and very timely. I didn’t feel at any time a judgement spirit or a look of 🤦🏾‍♀️ smh. I appreciate that because life can be hard… at any age. Thank you 🙏”
