“My daughter was supposed to see a therapist here. We were four minutes late to a 5 PM appointment. We drove 40 minutes to get here and haven't been seen. So it's 520 now and I'm guessing we're gonna have to reschedule. I'm a single mom with a limited income and trying to get my child early intervention. I was finally able to speak to someone who worked in the Centerville location. Come to find out you call an 800 number to schedule an appointment and the people scheduling Through the call center do not alert the therapist of new appointments, especially same-day appointments. So it is not any of the therapist fault at the Centerville location. It is the schedulers at the main call center. If you schedule an appointment, make sure they give you the therapist phone number or email so you can confirm the appointment directly with them. The schedulers at the call center don't do their job correctly and end up screwing over reviews for therapists that actually do good work.”

“My level 1 ASD son had a few pleasant, though not particularly helpful sessions with John Lutrel. I’m absolutely disgusted that a therapist would take advantage of a young special needs adult by failing to submit bills to my son’s insurance after we confirmed his insurance was accepted. We were then lied to that the bills were submitted and declined. My son paid in full rather than confront Mr. Lutrel again.”
