“NEVER in your life come here!! (would leave 0 stars if possible!!) the location based in rockwall texas has a licensed professional that will make you think you’re clinically insane. i have ocd (obsessive compulsive disorder) and part of this mental health disorder is unwanted intrusive thoughts. during my interview i said i rarely get these unwanted thoughts and im able to shrug it off, and that i’d never act on the thoughts (as it’s true!!!!) and she recommended 4 week 5 days a week 4 hours a day PHP counseling. which is un- needed for me personally. also, i am mentally stable and cope well, my therapist has given me great advice and supported me. the reason we came here was to see if we could find an in-person psychiatrist, because we meet with mine virtually. but safe to say we will stick with them and not the provider from mindful health. scaring parents by saying their children are not stable when they are should not be allowed under any circumstance unless you’ve seen this in your child and they really do need help. diagnosing children as insane for unwanted thoughts is crazy. do not come here if you care about your children. they are NOT crazy for unwanted thoughts and feelings. this place will make you think you’re crazy.”

We found Jenn Wood's North Rockwall Mindful Health facility and took her in for an evaluation. She was admitted to their Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) last June (2025), and after just three sessions with Mr. Nash's group, she proclaimed she wished she would've sought counseling when her struggles started the year before in August. To say our experience has been life changing is not nearly intense enough to express how thankful we are that we have our beautiful daughter back in a safe mind space, loving herself, and wanting to now reach out to her peers to help them with their struggles. I believe God led us to Mindful Health and Mr. Nash.
