How likely are you to recommend Mindful Care Psychiatry and Therapy?
What patients say on Google
“Couldn’t be happier with Mindful Urgent Care. I love the convenience and time savings of the Tele-health paradigm. When I was out of medication and couldn’t reach anyone at my old Psychiatrist’s office for several days at the beginning of the pandemic, I found Mindful Urgent Care through a Google search and got an appointment the next day. Everyone I have dealt with has been very competent, kind and compassionate. They also run a very organized operation built for the digital age using online scheduling tools, text messaging and e-mail as well as a virtual meeting platform, all which I very much like. My e-mails have always been responded to quickly and the administrative staff is friendly and helpful. And for the first time in 20 years I have my psychiatry services covered by my insurance. I highly recommend Mindful Urgent Care without hesitation and am very thankful I found them.”
“James Harrington is amazing! I’ve seen many different psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners, and I’ve never met any who are as sympathetic and understanding as he is. He truly takes interest in his patients and takes a deep dive into all aspects of your medical history. He also provides specific guidance on certain medications you might have in mind, and ultimately, he is dedicated to choosing the treatment that is the healthiest solution for the patient. If I wasn’t moving out of the country, I would definitely be staying with Mindful Urgent Care. They truly care about the well-being of their patients, not just prescribing medication based on little information.”
“The therapists are top notch and have helped me a lot. However, the internal staff with appointments are awful. I am often called to be on the call with my therapist WHILE ACTIVELY being in that therapy session. I am also told one thing on the phone, and then told another thing over email. It makes me want to reconsider going elsewhere because of the stress alone.”
“Everyone that I spoke to at the front desk and in administration was pleasant however I have no idea how the doctors are because, while they do advertise as being urgent care and providing same day appointments, the earliest appointment they could give me was 4 days after I called. Don't contact them expecting urgent care. They are not urgent care. Also, if you get past all the "same day urgent care" on their website you will find that appointments are actually given at the earliest time available (small print) which is not the same as urgent care. Shameful false advertising. Just wanted to let you know before you decide to upload copies of your credit card and insurance card in hopes of getting a same day, or within 48 hours appointment.”
