“You will be charged $25 anytime you need a copy of your own child’s medical records. You will not have access to view the records through their portal unless they upload them to the portal which requires paying a $25 fee for each child every time you need them. I have never been to a doctor or therapist that has charged a fee for access to my own children’s medical records. Absolute scam.”

“In my search for therapy for my kids, I found this one. I saw good grades but never the comments. When I called to have information, the receptionist lady was not helpful. I was about to tell her if she was in a hurry or a place to go because her answers were yes, no, that's it. Unprofessional, to help. The wait list is about 3-4 months, and the insurance they accept are few. No financial assistance or even mentioned since she was in a hurry. But then I started to read the comments and said, "Ah, no wonder. But clinics like this, where they "help" special kids, should be more flexible, nice, profesional since moms have their hands extra full with our special bless little person. If this is just a receptionist, can't imagine how the therapist and staff are inside. Very sad and disappointed”
