“I am in shock and disbelief at the lack of compassion from Dr. Etienne and his office. My sister has been a patient for many years and recently had a seizure(after 5+ years with no episodes). It took 4+ days for anyone from the office to follow up, even after multiple calls and voicemails. Once they did speak, it took another day for blood work prescriptions to be sent and for any type of care plan to be put in place. Think twice before engaging with this practice.”
“Dr Etienne is wonderful but office never ever calls you back.. 6 months ago tried for 6 days in row. Gave up. Now GP upset we did not get in to him again trying no return calls. His message said will call by end of day. But sadly does not happen. Cannot book online. So follow up not happening and we are frustrated. Not sure where else to turn.”
