“This is a wonderful practice I would recommend anyone to go to. I have been working with Erica for 2 years and she’s a great trauma therapist. I never knew I needed trauma counseling until I started going to her. She has helped me recover from much of the trauma I have suffered from and helped validate me through the process of recovery. She also really digs at the root of my issues and helps me to discover myself and why I do the things I do. Lisa is also a wonderful person to work with. When my insurance wouldn’t pay for my Telehealth appointments during Covid she fought the insurance company and kept me in loop of how she was advocating for me and how I could best advocate for myself too. She has advocated for me on several occasions since I started seeing Erica. I also have had Lisa as a therapist many years ago when she was at Grove city Psychological too. I can also attest to her being a great therapist and listener. The only reason I did not stay with her is because she had a full caseload when I decided to come back to therapy years later. Even though she couldn’t take me on as a client again she did an excellent job matching me up with someone who was well suited for me. It baffles me that anyone could have anything bad to say about Lisa. It is clear to me after working with her for years that she is incredibly passionate about what she does and cares about her clients and the client’s of any other therapist within the practice. I will always recommend her and her practice as a group of competent and passionate therapists who really care about their clients.”

“Lisa Halley has officially lost our business to this company. It’s super disappointing because the counselor, Kelly is amazing. Lisa decides to debit accounts without sending out invoices. When confronted about it, she is snarky, coming back with “Well we expect payment.” That’s fine, and we don’t expect services for free but it’s not an unrealistic expectation to want to know the break down of how much insurance is paying, how much is owed out of pocket, and oh I don’t know THE DATE YOU ARE GOING TO BE TAKING THE PAYMENT. And know that before hand instead of the day. We have had this issue over and over. All we were asking for is a CORRECT invoice before debiting the account. We confronted her again today about it and said to take our card off file. We preferred to just get a paper bill in the mail. She then told us she is canceling all future payments and gave us a list of other companies in the area but has to throw in “they will expect payment too.” Completely unprofessional and not a good way to conduct business Lisa!”
