“If you’re looking for a provider with flexibility, clear communication, and continuity of care, this was not my experience with MileStone. After ongoing scheduling challenges, I was told to find a different provider, which resulted in my child losing both therapy services and access to a medication provider at the same time. There was no clear transition plan provided, which is extremely concerning when medication management is involved. Communication was also an issue. During a phone call, I was placed on speakerphone with others present in the background, which made it difficult to hear and raised privacy concerns. To be clear, I consistently provided more than the required 24-hour notice for any cancellations, so this was not a matter of last-minute changes. If you’re considering services here, I would strongly encourage you to ask detailed questions about scheduling flexibility, provider availability, and how they handle continuity of care before committing.”

“Therapist was nice but I feel like they really didn't have anything right. Telehealth protocols were not there. How the hell are you going to have it where the therapists are pretty much in a fend for yourselves mode with telehealth. You should have a dedicated platform or a universal guideline. There was no cohesion in my treatment team or plan. I don't even think I had a proper treatment plan in three years now that I think of it. Also they would much happily ship me to The Lodge all the time instead of actually do their jobs and work within their own organization. Run, don't walk away from here and I do NOT want to hear the genetic apology reply because you did the damage...I want you to FIX IT!”
