What patients say on Google
“I read reviews for this location the morning of my first visit and I wondered if I made the right choice. Everyone in that office from the intake staff, to the nurse that took my vitals and finally nurse practitioner Christine Gordon were all great. Ms. Gordon took the time to look over my past results from my previous doctor and was genuinely interested in what I had to say. I did not feel rushed and was very pleased with my visit.”
“My mom taught me if I see something then I should say something about it… Today Friday, September 13, 2023 I had an appointment scheduled with Christina Gordon and instead I was seen by one of the residents she was very polite and make sure to explain us everything, however Christina Gordon was rude with her and it’s so sad that these type of environment exist in Healthcare as well. Gordon was very arrogant and was giving her attitude when the student was doing her job. No wonder why Gordon is not working at Rush or Northwestern. Hopefully UI health HR take proper actions because patients shouldn’t be witnessing such stressful situations.”
“Worst pediatrician to go to will be Dr Glendale Rios doesn’t care about any of her patients time. Had an appt with her and those 3 times she had cancelled last minute and when I finally went once she tried to tell me off about not bringing my child in when she’s the one who’s very unprofessional. Also very dismissive if you have any concerns”
“The security guard in the lobby comes across as rude and aggressive, failing to greet patients at the front door, which not only falls short of professionalism but also necessitates hiring more competent staff.”
