“The worst place out there. They discontinued med management when I canceled one visit due to a family emergency with my severely autistic child. I can never reach them via phone or portal. I had to personally go in to the office last week to get a appointment for Friday and the med Dr just decided he wasn’t gonna see me after me waiting in the zoom meeting room for over an hr. I have severe issues that have to be managed. Now I don’t have a therapist, med Dr, and my children no longer have a therapist either. This place is a complete joke. They don’t care about the patients. It’s all about money. Worst experience I’ve ever had with any Dr and we see 20 plus specialists due to my disabled child.”
