“EDIT: Elaine is my therapist, I want her to get the recognition she deserves. I'm heartbroken about the news of the company closing down and no longer being able to see Lanie. I love my therapist. She has genuinely helped me feel the best I have literally ever felt in my life. She has helped me realize so many things in my life were affecting me in many different ways, positive and negative, and has taught me so much self worth and how to love myself. I don't have a single bad thing to say.”
“I have been coming here on and off for several years and it is the only place I trust. I recently finished several months worth of therapy focused on trauma with Elaine. I've had several therapists throughout my life and this is the only place I've never had any issues. Sometimes it takes a bit of trial and error to find the right match and that's ok. Not every therapist is going to be a good fit for you. I have just had really good experiences with their therapists, and when you're dealing with complex trauma, you don't want to have to fight with your therapist on top of everything else. Therapy isn't intended to be easy. It's supposed to hurt before it gets easier. If you're feeling bad, it's probably working. That isn't the therapists fault. I can't thank Elaine (and all my prior therapists) enough for everything she's done for me throughout my time here! She took the time to listen to me and get to know me and helped me work through the most difficult, painful things in my life. Things I've never really said out loud to anyone. I've learned skills that will help me cope with life's ups and downs. Things I didn't learn when I was younger. For that, I'm eternally grateful.”
“Double booking an appointment slot and failing to notify the patient of the cancellation until AFTER the appointment start time is simply unacceptable. In their new patient paperwork you are informed upfront that failure to cancel an appointment without 24 hours advanced notice results in a cancellation fee for the patient. But what happens when they provide you no advance notice of a cancellation? Nothing. Sorry about your luck and wasted time. Avoid this place. They're unprofessional.”
“Great place if you're court ordered to go to conciling. You'll waste alot of time drawing pictures and then they'll make you feell like a victim... Victims need healed and healing costs money soooo do the the math. Get a second opinion, your worth it and mental health is very serious. I found out that if I just talked to my wife about some serious stuff that I was embarrassed about, we could help each other heal and not go to war with each other. Good luck everyone and your strong than you think you are!”
