“When I first started bringing my children here, 2-3 years ago, this place was great! Unfortunately it is going down hill. The communication from staff is little to none. You dont get told about forms needing to be completed until the very last minute. We as the customer are held to a very high standard for patients especially those that are children/families, charged for cancelations within 24 hours knowing we cant predict sicknesses, not saw for our appointment if forms, we didnt know about, werent filled out, etc. They can constantly cancel or change appointment times without notice, they are allowed to be late with excuses & expected grace. Shouldn't it be the other way around. Communication needs to be better on all aspects & scheduling needs major updates to how it's managed & appropriate matters taken to notify of appointment changes.”

“Communications with these people is terrible. I was put on a 6-month waiting list in May of last year, that came and went, I had to do follow up calls to get testing booked. That took 2 more months, then the provider decided to switch to emails which has dragged on for 4 months with no results. I give up with this place. I couldn't tell you how many times I've called and was told "I'll message the provider and call you back." Sometimes I'll get that call back.”
