What patients say on Google
“Almost left 2 stars because Kelly Reid alone, deserves 5. 2 years of terrible office work, to the point of ignoring my most recent (and last 3 since March) appointment request. Instead of replying to me, they added almost $300 to my balance and never got back. Finally, after a week of wanting to say forget my health entirely, I reached out again, obviously they saw my email so why was I charged and not replied to? How come I'm being charged for care and can't make an appointment... i haven't been in office since last fall... it's summer. Today a reply, they called and gave up since the old number didn't work. My insurance took back a payment from Feb 2024 and me reaching out (I guess???) made them notice and charge 3hundo. They didn't reply to me, but sent my updated balance. Anytime I've had a change in insurance I've brought them my card. I'm now responsible for their lack of care (which, when do they...?) for 2.5 years ago. Ive seen them after that, a few times. My insurance was through my ex husband's work. They know he's my abuser as they've ordered a cat scan or whatever for the strangling. I can't get his employer info from him about current insurance (recent divorce), so how they expect me to from before the company was bought out, from my abusive ex, is crazy. They ignored me since March and I need care. I think in March my email was like: "didn't realize it's been 3 months since I tried to get in for an appointment..." I lived in a shelter while seeing them. They were aware. So to see my email and only try calling until I email FREAKING out, and they know I have ptsd and ocd, and then finally email asking for money, is negligent. I had a mental health appointment and was asked if I wanted to share with my primary. I didn't because, they're either purposely negligent for who knows why or the office is THAT poorly managed no one cares about health. I can't imagine seeking psychiatric care through here. I wonder how much pain and life issues they cost. OH AND they ignored the Social Security Administration so much that's the only reason I was denied benefits. Meanwhile my ocd ptsd and maybe the pmdd are drowning me. Cool. Thank you. Is this medical negligence if it's just the receptionist? How do I Google that question... Edit to add after reading other reviews: they are miserable at timely refills. I stopped getting prescriptions through them as mine were mental health. I guess their negligence is a blessing now that my physical is in such bad sorts.”
“We love this office. The team of providers they have are amazing! They care, they communicate, they are prompt with your appointments. I have never had any issues receiving refills on medication. (It doesn’t take three days for them to call it in). Highly recommend this office for any of your family’s needs.”
“I was a patient at this clinic for long time before moving out of East Lansing. I needed a lab order from them last year, they sent me that via email because there are no Sparrow labs close to where I live now. I'm at the lab today and have been waiting for 1.5 hours because the lab order they sent me was not signed and didn't include the NPI number. I had to call them to fax a copy of the lab order but with a signature from the physician and including the NPI number, and here I am 1.5 hours later, with them either not answering the phone, or the lady that answers is outsourced to India with no one other phone number to reach out to them and no other way of contacting the "front office" according to her, except an "email". This is absurd. This clinic have fallen too far. I would not recommend them to anyone.”
“Filled out a release of information for my new doctor at the end of January and was told it would take up to 30 days. My doctor hasn't received anything. I called at the beginning of March for an update. Was told they'd look into it and called me back. Never received a call back. Called back today almost 3 weeks later and was told they'd look into it. Legally they have to release your medical records when you fill out the paper work and request them to do so, but obviously no one here cares.”
