“To be honest, I dont know whether the fault lies with Dr. liebman or the office staff. I had a virtual appointment, and he didnt show up. When I called the office to see if he was running late, I was admonished by staff for not calling sooner!!! No apology or explanation offered - if I didnt show up I would be charged $75! Then, 2 months in a row, I called for a rx refill and nothing was sent in. Both times I had to call back after 72 hours to ask again for a refill. When you need a controlled substance refilled, timing is everything! Very unprofessional.”

He got me back on my feet and really save my life from miserable depression and mania with the prescriptions he gave me thank God for Dr. Joseph. sometimes i have to wait in the waiting room 15 to 20 minutes but well worth it!!! he hasn’t just helped me, but my whole family, brothers and sisters”

“I found the staff and Doctor Joseph; to be concerned, kind and polite. They all, helped me to work through the concerns that I had. They all made sure that my concerns were addressed during treatment and they followed up after treatment. I am so much better than I was when I first went to their organization. I feel safe and confident, in each one that I came in contact with. I am now doing follow up treatment with one of their therapist and I am quite pleased with her and her methodology. “I would not recommend this clinic for their office staff or doctors. The office staff didn't send me the correct paperwork in the beginning (first red flag), another time I called to reschedule an appointment, they confirmed it, then when I showed up, told me I didn't have an appointment that day. They proceeded to imply it was my fault when they were the ones that made the error. I never felt welcomed there. Not to mention the wating room is the worst atmosphere for a mental health clinic. Lastly, Dr. Joseph is cold and I never felt he truly listened to me. He rarely asked questions, making me feel like he didn't understand my issues and didn't care to try. Finally found another provider.”
