He had helped me sort through may levels of my mental health...and I know I'm a complicated order..haha...I can't say how much I appreciate him. I dropped deep and didn't see him for a year and he made me feel okay and accepted back despite my inner shame. Great doctor. Treats you like a person and no ego there.”

“Dr. Cooper is by far the best doctor I have had in my whole life. I started seeing him in college for some struggles with depression and anxiety. Dr. Cooper take his time with you at each appointment. As a physician, Dr. Cooper treats you as an individual, And you can tell that he is taking time to think critically about what treatment would be best for you. He also involves his patients in their own care and makes them a part of the decision making process.Each appointment, he takes time to check in and ask questions about how you’re doing, And will take time to talk to you about any current life struggles beyond just issues you have with your medication. These are just a few of the positive experiences I have had with Dr. Cooper.”

“He made me very uncomfortable and doubted everything I told him. I told him I have an eating disorder and he didn’t believe me since I’m heavier then proceeds to prescribe me something to “help me stop eating so much”. I left the appointment very hurt and nowhere better off than I was before. He didn’t listen to a word I said and did whatever he wanted to do. Safe to say I didn’t pick those meds up and haven’t seen him since”

“Dr copper is great and based on the reviews I’m not the only one who has experienced poor customer service from staff. I have asked them serveral times to send my script to Walgreens and they say that they are out of it no matter where u call right now they will be out of it there’s a shortage so might as well get on the list I am a single mother of twins and have a lot going on in my life on top of having a mental illness that can be hard to deal with and this nurse sarah gets on the phone I barely say a sentence and she interrupts and when I ask her politely if I can finish and not be interrupted to explain my situation she says no and keeps going. Very u professional. These are people with mental illnesses and it’s a shame he has someone like sarah who calls her self a nurse for the psychiatric department who seems to lack patience and understanding or the ability to listen to patients when they talk. I’m highly disappointed in this behavior i didnt need this on top of the other stressful things i go through. I needed need to be put down and cry today. Do better mercy!”
