“If you are in search for mental health facility or issues related to mental health, avoid this place like the plague. They do not care about their patients or well being. It is a cash grab. You would also think that the wellness of the patients would come first, but trying to reach someone in the office, let alone a doctor, is enough reason to see a shrink. The office has no customer service and can care less about what you say or need. They are also pricy for what they actually do comparatively to other mental health facilities. I reached out to a new place, within hours, i received a personal email from the doctor, a link to have 24 access to them, and encourage me if i needed to get in sooner they would make it work. I have watched my wife battle these people every month on billing or med issues or just being seen. we all need help once in awhile for our own sanity, but this place isn't it.”

“Was great up until recently. Was pushed heavily by my pyschiatrist to take Adderall and the concerns I brought up were ignored. When speaking to another health professional, my concerns taking Adderall were confirmed and when I repeated what I was told by this office, the new health professional looked concerned and told me thats not how Adderall works at all. Getting ahold of this office is like pulling teeth. There's been several times where I called at 10am or 3pm and I'm met with the voicemail saying the office is closed. Just a fyi, theres a good chance your family practitioner office can fill your mental health medications; thats where I'm now going.”

She’s so compassionate, and really listens. I feel seen by her! And any time I’ve needed to be steered in other directions, for therapy or more, she has steered me right where I needed!
