“I have a 22 year old son that is a very schizophrenic and I'm unhappy because my son is sitting in the county jail because they fell to help him because they've never seen anybody crazy I believe they work at MHMR but they have never truly dealt with somebody that has a mental illness they just wanted to send him off because of the whole reason why we were there cuz he needed is to get the shot because he is not reliable to take his medication everyday that's all we needed but because he was talking about Lucifer just like they freaked out never seen anybody he was actually acting pretty good that day so I would like to know what requirements it takes to work there maybe they need a tour of the state school and see what it really looks like for somebody to be mentally insane because they cannot handle it in because they could not handle it and try to ship him off as a reason why he's sitting in county jail because if they wanted to give him that shot while we were there he wouldn't been sitting in the county jail that's why I highly suggests they need tours of the state school or they need Hands-On with mentally ill people because reading about it I mean when they were exposed to the situation they freaked out and couldn't handle it so they just sent him off which did not help it just made it worse I think they need a whole new staff that understands mentally ill and not freak out when they see it”

“I've called multiple times trying to set up an appointment and every single time I've been asked to hold then hung up on. I haven't received any calls back and it was very frustrating as a new patient. If you're going to work in mental health facilities please do better :(.”

“Absolutely terrible the people at the front desk take mental health as a joke i been there 6 times july-today and been turned away each time. And the lady at the front desk has treated me terrible ever single time, and made me feel 10x worse and today she was laughing about it she absolutely should not be there, her name was norma I believe”
