“Hi I he been going there for a while now so far I have 3 case workers and only one wasn't helpfu and was there for me I even worried about trying to figure out how the other one got a job at a place that's supposed be there and she does the total opposite bur all I can do is pray for her. “I have been coming here since 2018 and even though they already had issues now they are completely the opposite of helpful. They are always short of staff,they ignore the patients,they don't seem to take them seriously either. And they seem to lie she they tell you,you are on a waiting list,or there going to help,or get in touch with you. Once you start here if you feel like you're getting the help you need,once time runs out whether you need it or not they,will leave you hanging,they will stop answering the phone and lie to your face just so they don't have to do there jobs.i blame the lack of staff more than there lack of consideration for there patients.they even give false hope when they speak to you through crisis,so just be careful who you go to for treatment,unless you're looking for a temporary aide in mental helath.”
