“Ron the office manager was very helpful and extremely patient when we explained to him about was charged for a visit that I had cancelled, he immediately apologized said he would take care of it right away and explained the process. The staff are extremely good listeners and are concerned for the best outcome of patient/physician care, when you have fears you can share them, because we all need reassurance that we are taking the proper steps w our health care, even when zoom doesn’t work they are patient and kind call the patient to hear their concerns. I thought she was treating me for my depression and and stuff like this and my anxiety giving me all this medication but if you think I’m irritable, why are you giving me this medication?
