“Leaving the center. Never experienced such an unprofessional place and I will be reporting them. They never return calls, the Front Desk is incompetent, their Director Ms. Rodriguez, a liar, who does what she wants and barely works. I have been waiting for weeks to be assigned a therapist and to be called to join groups. NEVER HAPPENED! STAY AWAY, THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTHY OF FURNISHING MEDICAL SERVICES!”

“Please BE AWARE! of the therapist Jaqueline Medina. Due to her incompetence, my son lost valuable time and his condition worsened. She provided him with incorrect guidance, leading him to believe that negative thoughts were invading his mind. Furthermore, she manipulated him against me, his mother. She lacks the necessary experience and expertise to provide effective therapy. If you are genuinely seeking help, I strongly advise you not to waste your time with her as you will not make any progress. It would be more beneficial to seek assistance from someone who can provide competent and professional care. Be cautious, as she is clearly not qualified for her position.”

“After my original therapist left for a different company during covid I went through 4 different therapist each one worst than the last. The last therapist didn’t even write any notes and couldn’t remember what I told her from one week to the next. When I tried to explain it would make me feel more comfortable if she wrote notes cause it makes me feel like she isn’t paying attention when she can’t remember the things I tell her she told me that’s just the way she works and that I’m trying to tell her how to do her job, dismissing me and my feelings.”

“This center and its staff is great. I was refereed to this center by my physician when I was at a dark emotional place in life and I was desperate for help. I am thankful they assigned me to Mrs. Charlene Humber who is not only a great professional therapist but an excellent human being who cared, listened, and challenged me to grow emotionally by facing and confronting my unsolved issues. After seeing Ms Humber for around 3 years, all I can say is, that these years were well invested and I see the great results in my daily life. I recommend this place highly. I am sure the center has many great therapists, but If you are lucky to be assign to Mrs. Humber, you will be in great hands because she is an excellent professional therapist.
