“Two words: County Services If that doesn't explain, here we go I guess I'm two shades too light for demons I called during a crisis and the Hotline operator was belittling and condescending. Once I managed to set an appointment, I arrived 20 mins before, the third person in the office and after over an hour wait maybe the 15th person called was was provided mediocre care”
