How likely are you to recommend Metrocare Hillside Adult Mental Health Clinic & Pharmacy?
What patients say on Google
“receptionist and staff were amazing HOWEVER Justina Amalu was absolutely terrible. We waited over four hours patiently and was then told that we were meeting with her via online. She was doing tele-visits from her bedroom, which is completely unprofessional. This is our first time dealing with this we were seeking help for a family member. instead of being understanding and respectful of the situation and using the skills that you learn in nursing/college whatever on how to deal with specific instances, she completely disregarded my families situation she rushed the process and let us know that she has other patients to care for and she can’t deal with this for long. Due to this my family member has now ran away when this could have been prevented had we received the right care and medication needed from JUSTINA AMALU. Do not come here.”
“Worst medical "professionals" I have ever come across. Made me wait 2 hours and only came into the room after asking someone whats going on. Said it could take up to another hour before the appointment is done. Genuinely a joke of a facility and the most unprofessional providers ever. This place should be shut down due to its lack of ability to handle clients efficiently.”
“I have been going here for 3 years and recently had to start going to another agency since I moved counties. Right before discharge, I had Metrocare draft up an ESA letter. But now my apartment is requesting I must use their ESA form. Well Lifepath claiming they cannot sign it because I’m brand new and Metrocare claiming they can’t sign because I’m no longer a client. But the two agencies are going to be real mad, when they get hit with a lawsuit from my family for neglect because I am no longer alive because they cannot sign a simple ESA form. I’m not able to move otherwise, and living without my cat is a negotiable.”
“I was wanting to inquire about services and seeking a provider and the receptionist named STEPHANIE was so rude, unprofessional, raising her voice and talking over me as I was trying to explain my situation which she clearly did not understand. This is an unacceptable way to welcome new clients. I would not recommend this place.”
